I recently had a hot water leak. I immediately did a search for local plumbers and Rory Ricketts from Millennium Plumbing answered his phone while all the others on the list sent me to voicemail or an answering service. Rory was out the next morning and stayed til almost 8 pm. He patiently worked with my Home Warranty Company (which is not so user friendly) to: access, diagnose, repair an unusual leak.
